We are looking for a temporary Salon Manager at Nikita Hair Frölunda! ✨

Do you dream of working with a wonderful team while developing your leadership skills? At Nikita Hair Frölunda Torg, the perfect opportunity awaits! We are seeking a driven and inspiring leader who wants to continue developing the team and the salon together with us! Start in October or as agreed.

As the Salon Manager, you have overall responsibility for the salon, the staff, and operations, combined with working as a hairdresser and being a role model for your colleagues. You actively work with various initiatives to ensure our customers return and that the team enjoys working together! Doesn't that sound exciting?

In addition, you will have plenty of wonderful fellow managers to connect with and get inspired by!

Who are you?

• Trained hairdresser (vocational or private education)
• Service-oriented with the customer in focus
• Great passion for the hairdressing profession
• Motivated by developing others
• An eye for salon operations
• Leadership experience is an advantage
